As you know, when we encountered the issues caused by Lupe’s passport not having the required validity period acceptable to the Moroccan authorities, it appeared that all was going to be lost as far as our holiday, but through your perseverance, flexibility, and on-going communication efforts, not only were we able to save the holidays, we were able to enjoy them to the extreme.

Our trip overall was great. Without a doubt I would recommend Lonely Morocco to anyone I know heading down to Morocco. The guide in both cities Marrakech and Fez were fabulous. They were friendly, considerate and polite. The transport back was just that, nothing bad, nothing great as expected. The hotels were great. Anyone looking for more of a bed and breakfast in Marrakech needs to stay at the hotel we stayed out. Absolutely out of this world how she took care of us and how nice she was. The hotel in Fez was a very nice and legitimate hotel and offered anything we needed as far as assistance. The hotel in Marrakech did set up the all day tour we ended up going on which backs up the comment of the hotel taking care of us. We have had some good trips in multiple countries and inside the India, But Morocco by far has been the best based around the incredible manager Mr Abdul. We look forward to booking a trip to experience the North of the country in the future. I truly thank you all for piecing together a great trip for us

We were informed the rate of stay at the hotel was far higher than the cost you had accessed for us - again many thanks for this.
I do feel the added individual response of face to face meeting exceeded any other travel firm. It made such a difference to meet up in person, and advice you gave for future tours was excellent.

I am very impressed with the excellent service Lonely Morocco has provided. We were overwhelmed by so many things that we saw and by all the people at the markets who wanted us to buy something from their stalls. It was very interesting to see so many beautiful landscapes. It was great!!!
Marrakech was simply breath taking. I can't tell you how much l enjoyed relaxing on the roof top pool in the Riad sipping on cocktails. Roof top dining was very romantic as well. All the people we met including the private tour guides who picked us up from the airport and transferred us to our hotel were lovely and very friendly.
Fez City was exciting and lots of fun, the longer we stayed the better we got at bargaining with the locals. They were all so friendly, we had an absolute great time."

Thank you Abdul for putting together a very enjoyable tour for us. The tour guides and local agents in each area met us promptly and our driver was wonderful. Our driver Hicham acted as a tour guide himself answering our questions and showing us interesting things along the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
The hotels we stayed in varied in quality but this was largely to do with our budget constraints. I loved our Riad in Marrakech and want to thank you for finding this one for us, it was a beautiful Riad.
The tour was good value and though the driving we tried to achieve was perhaps a little too much for a five day tour the company worked so hard to ensure we could do everything we wanted. We met 3-4 tour guides on our way and only one did not meet our expectations. The others were really informative and so friendly. I really enjoyed all the places we saw on our route and thank Lonely Morocco very much for all their work in planning this.

It is true that upon arrival, I was not sure how thing will go as we got contact by internet, but now I can happily say that everything was perfect.
I will resume my trip to Morocco as one of my best trips within the last years. You were always there when I called for any question or doubt, I will never forget our driver Kamal who was always nice, always on time, and always very respectful to all our desires.
I am very happy to recommend your services as one of the best in Morocco. We visited most of the typical places, but also some others which are not often visited by the tourist, it was a great experience. Marrakech should be one of the seven wonders, it is very mystical places that make people feel very good all the time.
